Rite-Hite launches bespoke training programmes for Loading Dock and In-Plant Solutions
Rite-Hite, one of the leading manufacturers of loading bay and industrial safety equipment, has launched a new comprehensive programme of virtual and in-person training for loading dock and in-plant solutions, helping to continuously improve safety and efficiency at the warehouse.
Training can be conducted either remotely, by harnessing the latest virtual technology, or within Rite-Hite’s dedicated European Training Centre in Weilerbach, Germany. In either case, the training is bespoke to each client, helping them to better understand what equipment best suits their requirements based on the specific needs of an individual site.
The training is intended for organisations who are either designing a new loading dock, building or expanding an existing facility, or upgrading to new equipment, from dock levellers and industrial doors to HVLS fans and dock seals and shelters.
The content of each session is built around three key themes: education – exploring the latest developments in dock and facility design and sharing best practice; consultation – determining the best solution based on an individual site; and evaluation – ensuring the best in safety, security and productivity for the warehouse.
‘Virtual’ visits to the Rite-Hite showroom enable customers to see and experience Rite-Hite solutions without having to leave their office. Alternatively, visitors can experience training in-person with live, hands-on demonstrations at the Training Centre and also take advantage of a factory tour at Rite-Hite’s headquarters in nearby Volkmarsen.
Christian Peetz, Technical Trainer at Rite-Hite, says the company is committed to supporting its customers with the highest levels of support: “At Rite-Hite we are fortunate to be surrounded by highly dedicated and experienced professionals who provide the very best in tailoring to customers specific needs.
“With the new virtual training programme, we have the ability to transport this knowledge and expertise globally, for customers who aren’t able to visit in person, whilst allowing them to completely customise their experience.
“This experience will be invaluable for customers looking to improve their business either through high quality solutions and products or through collaborating with our team of experts in making the most informed decisions on your facility and business.”
