NATUREWALL ANNOUNCES NEW PARTNERSHIP WITH ARROWXL - October 23, 2024
ARROWXL REVOLUNTIONISES EMPLOYEE TRAINING
ArrowXL, the UK’s largest and longest established two-person home delivery specialist, has recently launched its comprehensive Learning Management System, LEAP – Learning, Engage, Aspire and Perform. The online platform is designed to enhance employee training and development as part of the company’s ongoing commitment to fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence.
Designed in partnership with EdAPP, the mobile learning management system, LEAP is projected to deliver a 10% increase in training engagement, providing bespoke learning journeys tailored to individual roles, skill sets, and developmental needs. Since January 2024, 987 Arrow colleagues have engaged with the platform, completing over 3,000 courses.
ArrowXL launched LEAP to the business with four initial courses, introducing colleagues to the system and revisiting the ArrowXL culture and values. The platform will deliver a number of cost, environmental and operational efficiencies, replacing the need for trainer led, paper based training programmes and providing managers with access to AI tools allowing them to create courses that can be tailored to fit with business requirements.
Dedicated LEAP zones have been established in the four main hubs across the UK. These zones are accessible around the clock allowing colleagues to engage with training materials and resources at their convenience. A reward system encourages employees to engage with the system and maximise adoption across the organisation.
By automating essential administrative tasks within the training process, such as enrolment and progress tracking, LEAP has significantly reduced paper consumption by 90% (equating to 70,000 fewer pieces of paper used).
Oscar Simmons, Learning and Development Manager at ArrowXL, commented: “At ArrowXL we understand that our people are our biggest asset and by empowering them with accessible and engaging training courses, we are not only enhancing individual capabilities but also driving organisational performance and customer satisfaction.
“LEAP will be a game-changer in equipping all of our colleagues with the knowledge and confidence they need to deliver an exceptional service right from their first day and beyond. The courses available through the content library, coupled with tools like AI Create, have made it easier than ever to deliver engaging compliance and safety training.”
